The HFX App was developed by Nevro to work with the HFX iQ™ Spinal Cord Stimulator. This application allows patients to input their daily pain, medication use, and activity levels to provide a personalized therapy recommendation using Bluetooth® wireless technology.

Some key features include:

 <li>Progress tracking</li>
 <li>Therapy adjustment</li>
 <li>Patient favorite mode</li>
 <li>Access patient diary</li>
 <li>Badges</li>
</ul>

This application is compatible with select iOS devices: iPhone 7 and above running iOS 13 or later. For the list of compatible devices, you can find it <a href="https://www.nevrohfx.com/resources/existing-patients/">here</a>.

This application is approved for use with the Nevro HFX Spinal Cord Stimulator device within the U.S., available in English only. Please note that this application controls an implanted medical device, accessible only if prescribed by a physician. Users are advised to consult their physician before utilizing the Nevro HFX Spinal Cord Stimulator, including this application, or making any medical decisions. Use this application to change your HFX iQ therapy settings strictly as directed by your physician or Nevro HFX Care Team.
